The Joint Council 10 Organizing Department has agreed to run a volunteer organizer training for members of Teamsters Local 597 that might be interested. Topics will range from how to engage fellow employees at your own workplace when important issues come up to how to engage people outside the union to help them become Teamsters.
This training is scheduled for July 16th, 2022 and more information will be forthcoming soon. We would like anyone who is interested in attending this training to reach out to Curtis at 1-802-522-4060 or Curtis@Teamsterslocal597.net.
Members of all tenures and all levels of Teamster experience are encouraged to attend.
